Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase and Karting Booking
We aim to provide you with a simple and quick way to register or make bookings for the karting Anyone who makes bookings via the website or/and, Saudi Motorsport Company (SMC) or the welcome centre thus accepts the below terms and conditions. Where a Customer makes a booking for use by another individual, the Customer shall ensure that the booking user is aware of the Terms and Conditions and shall procure that such booking user accepts and complies with these Terms and Conditions.
(1) Definitions:
1. “Customer(s)” refers to any individual or organisation that purchases, attempts to purchase or utilise any booking slot.
2. “Platform” means JCC’s website which bookings are sold through or in person at the welcome center.
3. “Services” means the services provided by JCC in relation to the Bookings, which may include but are not limited to services such as the advertising and promotion of the Events on the Website and providing an online portal that enables customers to purchase Tickets to the Events.
4. “Terms and Conditions” means this document and any other documents incorporated by reference.
5. “Booking(s)” refers to any form of paid or free entry voucher, measurement method or printed ticket, voucher, entry permission, wristband or similar electronic form such as a unique barcode for the booking, and a reference number containing information regarding the Booking, where it was purchased or if permission has been given to enter the Event.
6. “JCC” Jeddah Corniche Karting Circuit.
7. “Website(s)” refers to sales via the internet portal https://www.jeddahcircuit.com/ or any of the other websites or areas SMC offers for the sale of Tickets including all web pages and sub-domains, whether it is accessed via personal computers, laptop, tablet, mobile phones or any other device capable of accessing information now available or to be created in the future.
(2) Booking and ticket purchase policy:
1. Booking purchased on the Website or JCC sales points are refundable only in the specific circumstances as described below in the refund policy.
2. Bookings can only be exchanged under the limited circumstances outlined below in the refund policy.
3. No Ticket Booking can be sold or offered for resale for any form of fee or reward without the prior written consent of SMC first being obtained and without complying with these Terms and Conditions in all respects.
4. Bookings cannot be resold or transferred at a value greater than their original purchase price. If SMC becomes aware of any Booking sold for commercial gain at a price greater than the original purchase price, the Booking will be cancelled by SMC, will not be valid for entry and will not be refunded.
5. Customers are strongly advised not to purchase Bookings which have originally been sold via SMC and then resold through secondary tickets websites (such as online ticket store, Viagogo, Getmein, Stubhub or similar websites) or sell them online from sites such as (eBay, haraj) as it is possible that the Booking may be invalid or has been cancelled by SMC.
6. No Ticket Booking may be used by any person for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes including without limitation, prizes, competitions, contests, sweepstakes or packaged with hospitality or other products without the prior written consent of SMC first being obtained. SMC may require Customers to provide personal information to prove that they are the original buyer of the Booking at the point of entry to the JCC in an acceptable form such as: national identity card, driving license or passport. If the Customer buys more than one Ticket for the Event, all members of the party attending the Booking should enter the JCC at the same time as the Customer.
7. Customers have a responsibility to protect their Bookings from loss or theft. SMC is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen Bookings. This applies to digital Bookings(e-Tickets) as well as printed Bookings. In case the Customer’s e-Tickets are copied or stolen (e.g. by email hack or by joint delivery of email address) and the e-Ticket is scanned by the Customer entering JCC, then the Customer will be denied entry as the e-Ticket will be cancelled at the time of first use. The Customer will not be refunded in this case and Customers are strongly advised to protect their e-Tickets with the same caution and care as they may protect a printed Booking from theft.
8. In most cases, the full price of the Booking is paid at the time of purchase, and the Booking is sent to the Customer by email shortly after the purchase has been completed. In the event of fraudulent payment using a lost or stolen credit/debit card or if a credit/debit card is used without the permission of the cardholder, SMC has the right to cancel these Bookings without refunding the amount to the fraudster buyer.
(3) Booking usage policy and attendance at the JCC
1. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check whether there are any restrictions on access to JCC, such as age restrictions before purchasing the Booking. Subject to Saudi Arabian consumer law, SMC will not be responsible for refunding the Ticket if entry to JCC has been denied for any reason including, but not limited to, carrying dangerous materials, carrying materials with intent to sabotage, unruly actions or illegal behaviour resulting in denial of entry into JCC.
2. All Bookings are issued subject to JCC rules and regulations. It is the Customer’s responsibility to abide by these rules and regulations and to see the rules and regulations before purchasing or using a Booking.
3. In all cases, SMC or JCC management have the right to enter the specific location and have the right to conduct a security inspection at any time to ensure safety and security at JCC.
4. If SMC , or the appointed security company ejects a Customer from JCC, the Customer is not entitled to recover the value of the Booking under any circumstances.
5. SMC or JCC management reserves the right to refuse admission to (or eject from) JCC any person (a) not complying with these Terms and Conditions; (b) not in possession of a valid Booking; (c) who is in possession of a Booking which has been sold or used other than in compliance with these Terms and Conditions; or (d) on grounds of health, safety, security or maintaining good public order.
6. A strict “no re-entry” policy, is applied if the Customer leaves JCC, they will not be allowed to return to JCC using their original Ticket. It is the Customer’s responsibility to see the return policy before entering. No refunds are issued to Customers who leave JCC and are refused to be re-admitted because of the no “re-entry” policy.
7. SMC has the right to confiscate items brought to JCC, including but not limited to food, beverages, video cameras, audio recording equipment, selfie sticks, non- hazardous and hazardous materials, potential weapons. SMC will not be held liable and will not refund the Booking price where (i) the Customer attempts to bring restricted items and due to the confiscation of such items, the Customer refuses to enter JCC; or (ii) where the Customer manages to bring a restricted item to JCC and is subsequently ejected from JCC due to the Customer refusing to hand over such items to JCC management. Furthermore, SMC does not accept any liability for materials confiscated by the appointed security company.
(4) Booking receipt policy
1. SMC offers PDF ticket Bookings delivered via email, which can be printed and used as a Ticket to enter JCC.
2. For a small number of situations, the electronic PDF Booking issued by SMC must be exchanged with a printed Ticket or a wristband issued by SMC. Booking collection booths for Booking exchanges in such circumstances are usually located at the entrance of the JCC. In such cases, SMC requires the Customer to provide proof of any of the items listed below to exchange the electronic Booking issued by SMC to printed Tickets or wristbands:
2.1 Digital or printed copy of the e-Ticket or Booking number (mandatory in all cases)
2.2 One of the following forms of identification (for checking purposes only – SMC will not take a copy or the required information)
2.2.1 Valid identity information or a driver’s license
2.2.2 Valid national identity information
2.2.3 Valid passport information
(5) Refund Policy
1. SMC sells Tickets and packages for the JCC access, and purchased Tickets can only be refunded, exchanged or transferred in the circumstances detailed below.
2. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check whether there are any restrictions on access to JCC, such as age restrictions before purchasing the Ticket. Subject to any contrary provision under Saudi Arabian consumer law, SMC will not be responsible or refund the purchase of Tickets if entry to JCC has been denied for any reason including, but not limited to, failure to meet age restrictions, possession of illegal substances or illegal conduct resulting in SMC or the management of the place preventing entry.
3. SMC will not provide any refund to any Customer who has been denied entry to JCC or has been expelled from JCC for any reason.
4. Customers are eligible for an exchange of their Booking from SMC within 30 days after the booking date in any of the following cases only:
4.1 If JCC is closed for maintenance
4.2 Force majeure event- including but not limited- to weather conditions, earthquakes, fires, floods, death, war disobedience, strike or closure/failure of energy supplies, work from a government body or any other acts of force majeure unforeseeable within the control of SMC.
5. SMC will consider refund requests based solely on the above circumstances and specific documents or other evidence supporting any of these requests may be requested for verification.
6. If Saudi Motorsport Company, at its discretion, accepts the refund request, the amount will be returned in the same way as the initial payment. If payment is made by credit or debit card, the same credit card used in the original purchase will be refunded.
7. The Customer is not entitled to refund if they do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
8. By purchasing through the Website or any retail outlet operating under the name Saudi Motorsport Company, the customer agrees to this refund policy.
9. To request a refund based on the above circumstances, please contact SMC by email at tickets@saudimotorsport.com. Please ensure to provide your booking number, Ticket numbers, email address, full name and phone number.
(6) Responsibility and Liability
1. Assumption of Risk: By purchasing a ticket and entering JCC, the ticket holder acknowledges and accepts that participation in karting activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or even death. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all such risks.
2. Release of Liability: The ticket holder agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless SMC, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to their participation in karting activities, including those arising from the negligence of the karting circuit.
3. Compliance with Rules: Ticket holders agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by JCC.
4. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall SMC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the facilities, participation in karting activities, or any ticketing issues.
5. Medical Emergencies: SMC does not provide medical insurance for participants. In the event of an injury, the ticket holder grants permission for medical treatment and agrees to be responsible for any medical costs incurred.
(7) Privacy and Data Protection
1. Data Collection: SMC collects personal information from ticket holders and participants, including but not limited to names, contact information, and payment details. This information is necessary for processing ticket purchases and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience at JCC.
2. Use of Personal Information: The personal information collected will be used for the following purposes:
2.1 To process and confirm ticket purchases.
2.2 To communicate important information regarding events, schedules, and updates.
2.3 To improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
2.4 To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Data Sharing: SMC will not sell, rent, or lease personal information to third parties. Personal information may be shared with third-party service providers solely for the purpose of processing payments and managing ticketing operations, subject to appropriate confidentiality agreements.
4. Data Security: SMC takes reasonable precautions to protect the personal information of ticket holders from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Rights of Individuals: Ticket holders have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal information at any time. Requests can be made by contacting us through the contact information provided on our website.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and analyze website traffic. Users can manage their cookie preferences through their browser settings.
