Terms and Conditions for Free Tickets

Definitions:

Customer means any individual or enterprise that buys or tries to Use any of the tickets.
Event Any events sold on the platform.
Platform/website means the website of the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, where tickets for events are sold, refers to sales via the Internet portal or https://www.jeddahcircuit.com/ or any other sites or areas offered by the Jeddah Cornish Circuit to sell tickets including all web pages and sub-domains, whether accessed via PC, laptop, tablet, mobile phone, or any other device capable of accessing information now available or to be generated in the future.
Services means services provided by the Jeddah Corniche Circuit about events, which may include but are not limited to, Services such as advertising and promoting events on the website, providing an online portal enabling customers to Use tickets for events, and promoting events.

Terms and Conditions means this document and any other documents referred to here, and/ or imposed by Saudi Motorsport.

Ticket (s) means any form of paid or free entry voucher, printed ticket, voucher, entry permit, wristband, or similar electronic forms such as the unique ticket barcode and reference number containing information relating to the ticket, where it is purchased or if permission is granted to enter the event.

Eligibility: Free tickets are subject to eligibility criteria as specified by the JCC FITThe eligibility requirements may include age restrictions, residency limitations, or any other criteria deemed necessary by JCC FIT.

Ticket Distribution: The distribution of free tickets is at the discretion of the JCC FIT, with the reserved rights to determine the number of tickets available and the method of distribution, which may include online registration, random selection, or any other method deemed appropriate.
Limited Quantity: Free tickets are available in limited quantities and are subject to availability

Non-Transferable: Free tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for monetary value, goods, or services. The tickets are intended for the use of the eligible recipient only.

Entry Requirements: Free ticket holders must comply with all entry requirements and regulations set forth by the event organizer or venue, including but not limited to security checks, dress codes, age restrictions, and any other guidelines specified by the event organizer.

Ticket Usage: Free ticket holders agree to use the tickets responsibly and in accordance with the event rules and regulations. Any violation of the event rules or misconduct may result in the revocation of the ticket and denial of entry to the event.

Disclaimer: The JCC FIT shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses incurred during the event. Free ticket holders attend the event at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions and well-being.

Modification or Cancellation:The JCC FIT reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at their sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In such cases, no compensation or alternative arrangements will be provided to free ticket holders.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
