Terms and Conditions for Karting Ticket Sales

Definitions:

Karting Participant: A karting participant is an individual who actively engages in the sport of karting by driving a kart during a karting session or event.

Ticket Purchase:

Karting Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the ticket purchase process.

Ticket Availability and Prices:

Ticket availability is subject to change and may be limited based on demand and capacity.

Prices for karting tickets may vary depending on factors such as date, time, duration, and any additional services or packages included.

Age and Height Restrictions:

Karting Participants must comply with any age and height restrictions set by the karting facility for safety reasons.

Proof of age may be required at the time of ticket purchase or upon arrival at the facility.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Karting tickets may be non-refundable, non-transferable, or subject to specific refund and exchange policies.

Karting Participants are responsible for reviewing the refund and exchange policy before purchasing tickets.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

The karting facility reserves the right to reschedule or cancel karting sessions due to factors such as inclement weather, facility maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation, the facility may offer alternative dates, times, or refunds, depending on their policy.

Ticket Validity and Redemption:

Karting tickets may have an expiration date, and Karting Participants must use them within the specified validity period.

Tickets may need to be redeemed or presented at the karting facility before participating in the activity.

  • Code of Conduct:

Karting Participants must adhere to the karting facility's code of conduct and follow any rules or instructions provided by the staff.

Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in denied entry or removal from the premises without a refund.

Liability:

Karting Participant acknowledges and accepts any risks associated with karting activities and agrees to release the karting facility, its staff, and owners from liability for any injuries, damages, or loss incurred during the activity, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

SMC reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the Circuit any person:

(b) who acts in objectionable, unruly, or inappropriate manner and/or fails to comply with any lawful request of SMC’s representatives or officials or any instructions from any police officer or steward.

(c) who has any article that may be used as a weapon or missile

(d) who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

(e) who is suspected of committing or being likely to commit, or having committed, a criminal offense within the Circuit.

(f) who enters an area prohibited to the visitors or damages, interferes with the property of SMC or anyone else.

(g) who climbs over any fences or other structures without express permission; or

(h) who knowingly acts contrary to any of the SMC’s rules.

Food & Beverage

No Food and Beverage of any kind may be either brought into the Circuit or consumed by the Hirer or any of the Hirers’ associates or visitors in the Circuit during the period of use unless prior consent has been obtained and for which a charge will be made. See Services Clause.

No Food and Beverage may be brought into the Circuit for sale by the Hirer unless approved by SMC.

Intellectual Property:

Karting Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use any trademarks, logos, or intellectual property belonging to the karting facility without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any disputes arising from the purchase of karting tickets or participation in karting activities may be subject to the Saudi Arabia laws and jurisdiction of the relevant governing authority
