About the Circuit
The story of Jeddah Corniche Circuit began with Saudi Arabia’s preparations to host its first Formula 1 race in 2021. Designed and delivered within a remarkably short timeframe, the project combined the technical demands of world-class racing with the character of Jeddah’s waterfront setting. In December 2021, the circuit staged the inaugural Formula 1® stc Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, marking a major milestone in the Kingdom’s motorsport journey. In the years that followed, JCC continued to evolve, expanding its calendar beyond Formula 1 to include a growing range of international and national events.
Since its debut, Jeddah Corniche Circuit has hosted major international motorsport events and continues to evolve as a year-round destination for motorsport, community activities, fitness, and automotive culture.
